一、关于本应用
哇哇相机（WaWa Camera，以下简称「本 App」）是由 Jiyong Tech 开发的 iOS 应用，专为 2–5 岁儿童及其家长设计，允许孩子以自己的视角拍摄和记录照片。本 App 完全离线运行，不需要注册账号。
二、许可范围
您通过 App Store 下载本 App 后，即获得一份非独占、不可转让、可撤销的使用许可，仅用于在您个人或家庭拥有的 Apple 设备上运行本 App。未经我们书面授权，您不得：
- 复制、反编译、反向工程或修改 App 代码
- 将本 App 用于任何商业目的（含转售、租赁、分发）
- 通过本 App 生成违反法律或他人权益的内容
三、您的使用责任
- 本 App 面向儿童使用，使用时应始终由家长监护和陪同。
- 您对在本 App 中输入的宝宝姓名、出生日期等信息负责；这些信息仅保存在您的设备本地。
- 您需对使用本 App 拍摄的照片内容负责，我们不对照片内容做任何审核或保存。
四、知识产权
本 App 的商标、界面设计、图形、画框插画、源代码均由 Jiyong Tech 拥有或合法授权。您在本 App 中拍摄的照片，版权归您所有。
五、免责声明
我们在合理范围内努力保证本 App 的可用性和稳定性，但：
- 本 App 按「现状」提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的担保。
- 对于因使用本 App 造成的数据丢失、设备损坏或其他间接损失，我们不承担责任。
- 请您自行定期将重要照片通过家长模式导出到系统相册或其他介质备份。
六、条款变更
如我们修改本使用条款，会在应用内和本页面公告。继续使用本 App 视为接受变更后的条款。如您不同意变更，请停止使用并卸载本 App。
七、适用法律
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。因本 App 引发的争议应优先协商解决；协商不成的，提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院处理。

1. About the App
WaWa Camera (hereinafter "the App") is an iOS application developed by Jiyong Tech, designed for children aged 2–5 and their parents. It lets children take photos from their own perspective. The App runs entirely offline and requires no account registration.
2. License
By downloading the App from the App Store, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run the App on Apple devices you personally or your family own. Without our written authorization, you may not:
- Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the App's code
- Use the App for any commercial purpose (including resale, rental, or redistribution)
- Generate, through the App, content that violates law or the rights of others
3. Your Responsibilities
- The App is designed for children; use should always be supervised by a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for any information you input (such as baby's name and birthday); such data is stored locally on your device.
- You are responsible for the content of photos taken with the App. We do not review or store any photo content.
4. Intellectual Property
The App's trademarks, interface design, graphics, frame illustrations, and source code are owned or lawfully licensed by Jiyong Tech. You retain all rights to photos taken with the App.
5. Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the App's availability and stability, however:
- The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty.
- We are not responsible for data loss, device damage, or any indirect losses caused by use of the App.
- Please regularly export important photos to the system Photo Library or another backup medium through Parent Mode.
6. Changes to the Terms
If we modify these Terms, we will notify you in-app and on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the App.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from the App shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in the developer's jurisdiction.
