隐私政策
一、照片与宝宝资料留在本机
照片、宝宝姓名和生日不会上传。本 App 不收集使用数据。
- 姓名、出生日期（您在 App 内输入的信息用于照片水印，只保存在您的设备上）
- 位置、广告标识符（IDFA / IDFV）、崩溃日志
- 联系方式、照片元数据
二、您输入和生成的数据存在哪里
- 照片：由孩子拍摄的所有照片，保存在 App 的本地沙盒中。照片永远不会离开您的设备。
- 宝宝名字和出生日期：仅保存在本设备，用于在照片上添加水印。
- 设置偏好：保存在 iOS 系统的 UserDefaults，不会同步到 iCloud 或其他设备。
卸载本 App 后，上述本机数据将随 App 一起被系统删除。
三、我们申请的权限

四、无统计、广告或追踪

- 不会将任何用户数据用于商业目的或与第三方共享
- 不引导孩子访问任何外部链接
五、儿童隐私（COPPA / 《个人信息保护法》）
- 本 App 面向 5 岁及以下的儿童设计，按照适用的儿童隐私要求处理数据，包括《儿童在线隐私保护法》（COPPA）及《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》。
- 我们不收集儿童使用数据，不出售或共享儿童资料，也不用于广告。
- 家长模式通过特定手势进入，防止儿童误操作进入管理界面。
六、您的权利
- 查看和导出：所有照片都在 App 内可见，可以主动保存到系统相册。
- 删除：可以在家长模式下删除照片；卸载 App 会删除本地数据。
- 撤销权限：您可以随时在 iOS 设置中撤销相机、相册权限。
七、隐私政策更新
如我们变更本隐私政策，会在 App 和本页面公告，并在启动时提示用户。继续使用 App 视为接受变更后的政策。

1. Photos and Child Details Stay On-Device
Photos, a child’s name and birthday stay on the device. The app does not collect usage data.
- Name, birthday (used locally for photo watermarks; they stay on your device)
- Location, advertising identifiers (IDFA / IDFV), crash logs
- Contact info, photo metadata
2. Where Your Data Lives
- Photos: Taken by the child, stored in the app's local sandbox. Photos never leave your device.
- Baby's name and birthday: Stored on the device only, used for photo watermarks.
- Preferences: Stored in iOS UserDefaults, not synced to iCloud or other devices.
Uninstalling the app will delete the local data above.
3. Permissions We Request

4. No Analytics, Ads or Tracking
- No analytics, tracking, or ad SDKs
- No advertisements
- No data sold or shared with third parties for any commercial purpose
- No external links accessible to the child
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)
- Designed for children age 5 and under, and handles data under applicable children’s privacy requirements, including COPPA and relevant regional laws.
- We do not collect children's usage data, sell or share their information, or use it for advertising.
- Parent Mode is gated by a specific gesture to prevent accidental access by children.
6. Your Rights
- View and export: All photos are visible in-app and can be saved to the system Photo Library.
- Delete: Delete photos in Parent Mode; uninstalling removes local data.
- Revoke permissions: Toggle camera / library access anytime in iOS Settings.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will notify users in-app and on this page.
