隐私政策
一、我们不收集任何个人信息
哇哇相机不会收集、存储或共享您或孩子的任何个人信息，包括但不限于：
- 姓名、出生日期（您在 App 内输入的信息仅用于照片水印，只保存在您的设备上）
- 位置信息、设备标识符（IDFA / IDFV）
- 使用行为、点击记录、崩溃数据
- 联系方式、照片元数据
二、您输入和生成的数据存在哪里
- 照片：由孩子拍摄的所有照片，保存在 App 的本地沙盒中。除「AI 识物」（见下方第四节）外，照片永远不会离开您的设备。
- 宝宝名字和出生日期：仅保存在本设备，用于在照片上添加水印。
- 设置偏好：保存在 iOS 系统的 UserDefaults，不会同步到 iCloud 或其他设备。
卸载本 App 后，上述数据将随 App 一起被系统删除。
三、我们申请的权限

四、AI 识物功能
为了让宝宝在拍照的同时学习认知物品，本应用提供 AI 识物功能：
- 默认（免费版）：识别在您的设备本地完成（基于 Apple Vision Framework），照片不会上传到任何服务器。
- Wow Pro 订阅可选启用：使用云端视觉模型获得更自然的描述。每张照片在识别完成后立即从云端删除，仅保留识别出的物品名称（文字）保存在您的设备上。我们不保留任何照片，也不用于训练任何模型。
- 您可以在「家长设置 → AI 识物 & 语音」里随时关闭该功能，关闭后整个识别管线不会被触发。
五、Wow Pro 订阅
Wow Pro 是可选的家长订阅服务，解锁双语播报、智能识物和成长档案。
- 订阅由 Apple App Store 处理，付款信息由 Apple 管理，应用本身不接触您的支付凭证。
- 您可以在 iOS 系统的「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中随时取消。
- 即使不订阅，所有现有功能（拍照、画框、相册管理、本地 AI 识物）均可继续使用。
六、无第三方 SDK / 无广告 / 无追踪
- 本 App 不集成任何第三方分析、追踪或广告 SDK（无 Firebase、无友盟、无 AppsFlyer、无任何广告网络）
- 不展示任何广告
- 不会将任何用户数据用于商业目的或与第三方共享
- 不引导孩子访问任何外部链接
七、儿童隐私（COPPA / 《个人信息保护法》）
- 本 App 面向 5 岁及以下的儿童设计，严格遵守《儿童在线隐私保护法》（COPPA）以及《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》中关于儿童信息的特别规定。
- 因本 App 不收集任何儿童个人信息，不存在儿童数据的共享、转让或商业化使用场景。
- 家长模式通过特定手势进入，防止儿童误操作进入管理界面。
八、您的权利
- 查看和导出：所有照片都在 App 内可见，可以主动保存到系统相册。
- 删除：可以在家长模式下删除任意一张或多张照片；卸载 App 会删除所有本地数据。
- 撤销权限：您可以随时在 iOS 设置中撤销相机、相册权限。
九、隐私政策更新
如我们变更本隐私政策，会在 App 和本页面公告，并在启动时提示用户。继续使用 App 视为接受变更后的政策。

1. We Collect No Personal Information
WaWa Camera does not collect, store, or share any personal information about you or your child, including but not limited to:
- Name, birthday (you enter these locally for photo watermarks; they stay on your device)
- Location, device identifiers (IDFA / IDFV)
- Usage behavior, click logs, crash data
- Contact info, photo metadata
2. Where Your Data Lives
- Photos: Taken by the child, stored in the app's local sandbox. Except for the AI object recognition feature (see Section 4 below), photos never leave your device.
- Baby's name and birthday: Stored on the device only, used for photo watermarks.
- Preferences: Stored in iOS UserDefaults, not synced to iCloud or other devices.
Uninstalling the app will delete all of the above.
3. Permissions We Request

4. AI Object Recognition
To help toddlers learn the names of things they photograph, the app offers an AI object recognition feature:
- Default (free): Recognition runs on-device using Apple's Vision Framework. Photos are not uploaded anywhere.
- Wow Pro optional cloud mode: For richer natural-language descriptions. Each photo is deleted from the cloud immediately after recognition; only the recognized object name (text) is saved to your device. We retain no photos and do not use any data for model training.
- You can disable the entire pipeline anytime in Parent Settings → AI Recognition & Voice.
5. Wow Pro Subscription
Wow Pro is an optional parent subscription that unlocks bilingual voice playback, smarter recognition, and the growth journal.
- Billing is handled by Apple's App Store; the app never touches your payment credentials.
- You can cancel anytime via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- All existing features (camera, frames, gallery management, on-device AI recognition) remain fully usable without a subscription.
6. No Third-Party SDKs, No Ads, No Tracking
- No third-party analytics, tracking, or ad SDKs (no Firebase, no analytics, no ad networks)
- No advertisements
- No data sold or shared with third parties for any commercial purpose
- No external links accessible to the child
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)
- Designed for children age 5 and under, in full compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable regional laws.
- Since we collect no children's data, there is no sharing, selling, or commercial use of children's information.
- Parent Mode is gated by a specific gesture to prevent accidental access by children.
8. Your Rights
- View and export: All photos are visible in-app and can be saved to the system Photo Library.
- Delete: Delete any photo in Parent Mode; uninstalling removes all local data.
- Revoke permissions: Toggle camera / library access anytime in iOS Settings.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will notify users in-app and on this page.
